Dresser scarf edged with lace tatted by my grandmother, embroidered by my mom with butterflies in blue.
My favorite fabric. All that's left of the curtains in my children's nursery: flowers, turtles, lizards, bees, butterflies, ladybugs, grasshoppers, a midsummer riot of life and color.
There are five-pointed stars molded in the votive glass below the rim. A frog perches on the offering pot, which supports a yellow calcite sphere.
